Alberta's Famous Apple Crumble Pudding

Ingredients

1/2 cup Crisco shortening

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup flour

1 cup rolled oats

cinnamon to taste

 

Ingredients

Place 4 cups of peeled and sliced apples in baking dish

Sprinkle with white sugar and cinnamon

Mix remainder of ingredients and spread over the apples

Bake at 375 about 45 minutes , until the apples are tender and top is slightly browned
