Baked Cheese Omelet

Ingredients

9 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Chopped fresh tomatoes

Chopped green onions

Additional sour cream

Your favorite salsa

Directcions

Heat oven to 325 F. Grease an 11-by-7-by-1 1/2 -inch or 8-inch square baking dish.

Beat eggs, milk, 1/2 cup sour cream, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper sauce. Stir in cheese. Pour into baking dish.

Bake uncovered 40-45 minutes or until omelet is set and top is golden. Cut into servings and top as desired with additional sour cream, chopped green onions and tomatoes.

Serve with your favorite salsa on the side.
